My approach to the therapeutic relationship is within a respectful, collaborative and supportive relationship between the client and me.  My therapeutic style is built upon eclecticism.  This means that I incorporate various therapeutic skills in my practice to facilitate and support my clients achieving  personal growth and more balance within themselves, improving their relationships and coping skills and creating a meaningful and fulfilling live.  My eclectic approach incorporates varied theoretical frameworks, skills and techniques encompassing: Cognitive-behavioral; Energy Psychology; Existential/Humanistic; Expressive Therapy (Bibliotherapy, writing); Family Systems, Feminist; Interpersonal; Integrative (Mind, Body, Spirit); Person-Centered; Solution-focused Brief Therapy and varied spiritual practices and beliefs. 

I approach my clients with curiosity, faith and courage and I encourage them to walk this path with me.
